Dr.Katerina Elmaliah     Areas of Practice  Dr. Elmaliah is specialized in international commercial and civil law connecting between Israel and the German and French speaking part of Europe. She is recognized as an expert in the fields of Swiss, Israel and German law. Her fields of practice include the drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements, company law, banking law and financing structures, international and domestic inheritance and trust law as well as estate planning,  cross-border litigation/arbitration and the enforcement of foreign judgments.   Biography Dr. Elmaliah was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, and emigration to Switzerland at the age of 6. After her legal education and several years of commercial practice in Zurich, she made Alyiah to Israel in 1996. Katy Elmaliah is a member of the Swiss and the Israeli Bar as well as a member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners, of the Israeli German and the Swiss Israeli Chamber of Commerce and of the German Israeli Law Society.  Along with her legal practice, she is a well known and appreciated speaker on issues of private international and commercial law. Dr. Elmaliah is the author of two books and countless publications on international legal issues.             Education  Dr. Elmaliah received her LL.B. and Dr. of Law at the University of Zurich, Switzerland (both with great honors).
