Avi  Omer     Areas of Practice Mr. Omer is primarily engaged in Real Estate related projects and International Transactions, represents and advises clients in matters related to acquisition of real property, and multinational entrepreneurial construction projects. In addition, Mr. Omer specializes in the field of Administrative Law and represents municipal and government authorities, and corporations and bidders, in privatization procedures. Biography In 1989 Mr. Omer established A. Omer & Co., after holding numerous senior public positions. Mr. Omer has in addition served as a lecturer in academic institutions in the field of commercial law and in courses designated for directors. Mr. Omer has served as legal advisor to a large number of corporations, and has counseled boards of directors on diversified legal issues and provided comprehensive legal support for corporations and their officers. Mr. Omer has accrued considerable specialization in commercial litigation by representing dozens of corporations in particularly complex legal affairs. During the last fifteen years Mr. Omer was involved in Public Activities, including holding senior positions in public funds, non-profit organizations for public welfare and the city council. Education Mr. Omer received his LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Tel Aviv University.
